I hope everyone is doing well. With the National CHW Awareness Week coming up next month (Aug 24-28) , the Nevada Certification Board wanted to touch base to see if your organization has any plans to celebrate. We would love to highlight the CHW's in your organization and in the community. If you plan on celebrating can you please let us know what events you might be having. It would be great to receive some pictures to send in our newsletter. If NCB can support your organization in any way, please let us know.
In addition, Anne Elizabeth and I would like to schedule a meeting to review the latest CHW certification updates and align with the Foundational Training Organization on our next steps. I will be following up with a rally poll to come up with days/times that fit your schedule. Please let me know if you have any topics you would like to discuss.
