The Nevada Health Authority (NVHA) is pleased to announce that two additional funding opportunities under the state's Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program are now available! 
NVHA officially released two separate Requests for Applications (RFAs) on Friday, May 8:

Rural Health Outcomes Accelerator Program (RHOAP) RFA: To fund innovative and evidence-based initiatives that will improve rural health in the key areas of chronic disease, primary care, behavioral, and maternal and infant health and reward providers for improved health outcomes of rural communities.

Workforce Recruitment & Rural Access Program (WRRAP): Rural Medical Residency Programs RFA: To create or expand rural medical residency programs throughout rural Nevada with an emphasis on primary care or family practice residency or specialty fellowships designed to train front-line rural physicians in the areas of geriatrics, maternal or behavioral healthcare (mental health and substance use treatment) with specific retention strategies.
